Tom Meyer
Chief Operations Officer
Tom started his career in the elevator business. During twenty years with Dover elevator he spent time in estimation, sales, and sales management. He eventually reached the position of regional sales manager.
At Staircase and Millwork, he leads our curved, flared, and spiral staircase business. Through over seven years with the company, he has great knowledge of stair design and floor plans. Tom leverages his prior experience in General Management with a major corporation by serving as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Staircase and Millwork Company. Tom is married to Kathy and they have three adult children. Tom is a native of Ohio and an avid golfer.

Karen Williamson
Office Manager
Karen is an expert in financial reporting and control. In addition, she has excellent customer service instincts developed through over twenty years in leading the control function through several small to medium sized building products companies.
Here at Staircase and Millwork, Karen serves as Office Manager and Controller. She manages the department that completes our billing, receiving, and inventory management functions. Staircase and Millwork for almost twelve years. Prior to her time with Staircase and Millwork, she was a controller with two other companies in the Manufacturing and Service industries. Karen is married to Steve and has one child. Her hobby is camping

Al Clayton
Warehouse Manager
Al has deep experience in warehouse management and logistics. He spent over twenty years with Avon Products as a Merchandize Manager, Supervisor of Inventory Control, and Warehouse Manager. At Avon, he was responsible for the operations of a warehouse that had 2500 Stock Keeping Units and had inventory that turned 26 times per year. In addition, Al has international experience as a warehouse consultant in Puerto Rico.
Here at Staircase and Millwork, Al leads our warehouse and fulfillment team. He makes sure that parts orders leave our facility the same day if they are ordered by 2:00 PM. His vast experience in warehousing helps our company meet the quick service demands of our customers, while managing a multi million dollar inventory with hundreds of Stock Keeping Units. Al is married to Trish and is an avid golfer.

Les Allegood
V.P. Sales for Atlanta
Les is a business builder. He started his career in commercial banking. He saw an opportunity to build a business with Staircase and Millwork fifteen years ago and has not turned back. From the ground floor he has built our Atlanta business into a multi-million dollar operation. He is very knowledgeable about staircases and has a deep understanding of the needs of the homebuilder. Les is active in the Greater Atlanta Association of Homebuilders. He has been at Staircase and Millwork for over fifteen years. Les has deep expertise and contacts in our industry. He specializes in serving both the stair dealer and the builder market here in Atlanta. He has helped Staircase and Millwork become one of the most respected companies in our industry. Les is married to Amy and has two children. His hobbies are fishing and hunting.

James Gee
Customer Service and Sales
James has a variety of experience with Staircase and Millwork. He has worked in manufacturing, warehouse and logistics, and has most recently taken a position with the National Parts sales department. James has been instrumental in many areas of the company since his arrival eight years ago. Just recently, James was one of the lead people in the development of our new color staircase parts catalog. James is married to Marlene and has two sons, Jesse and Max. His hobbies are fishing, off roading in his ATV, and coaching little league baseball.
